TRACK RENTAL
WEEKEND EVENT - CLUB RACE or HPDE
Track rental is on a per registered car basis. $35.00 per car for a one day event. $50.00 per car for a two day event.
There is a $500.00 per day minimum for any Club organized event.
Victory Motorsports reserves the right to require a $250.00 deposit 'per scheduled day' to reserve the track,
payable two weeks prior to the event. (primarily for clubs that have not previously held an event at La Junta Raceway)
La Junta Raceway / Victory Motorsports does not provide Ambulance, Tow Service or Food Vendors for Club events.
Track manager can make referrals or recommendations for services. Contact via email Allan@lajuntaraceway.net
Track does not automatically provide event staff. Cornerworkers are available for $100.00 per person per day.
Cornerworkers must be prearranged with Track Management at least two weeks prior to the event.
Club or Organization renting the Track must provide La Junta Raceway/Victory Motorsports with full documentation
Certificate of Liability Insurance before holding an event.
Victory Motorsports reserves the right to require a contract before scheduling an Event of any kind.
(primarily for clubs that have not previously held an event at La Junta Raceway)
EXCLUSIVE RENTAL / TEST and TUNE
Weekday rental (Monday-Thursday) $350.00 per day. Rate is per TEAM for ONE car. $100.00 each additional car.
Same rates apply to any additional teams that agree to share the track on the same day or days.
Weekend rental (Friday-Sunday) $500 per day. Rate is per TEAM for ONE car. $100.00 each additional car
Same rates apply to any additional teams that agree to share the track on the same day or days.
Weekend rental is subject to Track availability.
Track availability for Exclusive Test and Tune days is on a first come, first served basis.
Additional teams using the Track is at the discretion of the first Team the books the Track.
There is NO on duty staff for Exclusive Test and Tune days. Any requested/required staff can be arranged for
with Track Management prior to the day at additional cost.
No additional insurance is required as long as the vehicle meets our Minimum Tech Requirements and
the renting party is in full compliance of the La Junta Raceway RULES and REGULATIONS.
